In the Early Eighties,The artist received his name from a mystical source, long before the rap artist Known as 'dj snow', was known. The artist at that time was working on developing his musical skills further, in so much as playing the lead guitar is concerned, his favorite physical musical instrument. 
When he found out about another artist using that same name, 'snow', he decided to change the spelling to 'SONOW', claiming that the first o is silent. so when pronouncing the artist's name sound it as you would Snow! Cause that's what he's called!!
